Summary0000221: Feature: Automatic GLSL conversion to MSL by parser and embedded converter
DescriptionWe implemented a GLSL parser to setup an AST for any GLSL shader. This works.
By this AST we now can convert to MSL shaders.

Various difficulties with uniform buffers, not supported types or different function structure.
Additional InformationTypical default shaders working with Metal Developer Toolkit (metal.exe) and are compilable!
