Summary0000148: Bugfix: translucent rendering needs to discard fragments if alpha is <= 0
DescriptionFor better rendering results (f.e. water shader or bokeh effect) it is better to discard fragments if alpha value is less equal 0.00001.
Because for billboarding grass, working with planes, this causes instead some nasty fragments.
